I bought a set of Systema radial ball bearings (part # ZA-05-15) from AEX. On the packaging it says: for All Helical Gear Set & installing with other gear sets may damage the bearings.

i'd just use the regualar metal bushings they work fine for me
I've blown bearings using 110 springs in both 6mm and 7mm, but then again I can be very heavy on the trigger sometimes.

i've never had a set of bearing bushings last very long on any spring. with regular, once a week use, they just fail. it can be very hazardous as the gears will camber and create a snowball effect of problems if yuo dont catch it right away.
