Say I were to use a 9.6v 1700 mah battery in a stock p90, would this damage the internals at all? I know it would kill the gun if I used full auto but I mostly just use semi auto in games anyway cuz I play over at AZ.

You should be fine. Just dont be emptying entire mags on full auto all the time. High voltage and ROF kills pistons.
