im not an expert on launchers but as far as i know, the marui launchers run off red shotgun shells and shoot only three bbs in one blast. in my opinion, that is not worth the money or the weight on the m16.
hmmm not sure abotu this hole exploiding grande with fling viniger and stuff but i dont think many people at sac air want to smell liek that all day so i dont think that it would go over well with a lot of people to use those at a game. as for 203s and mad bulls typ things. they look really cool freal awsome and yes they work great at a CQB game, but for for a regular game they are hard to use cuz the range on them arnt all that great. and its gonna cost you a lot of money to get started on a launcher. nades range from 55-80 bucks and 203s range from 180-200+ depending on wher you get them. as fr the mini launcher and mad bulls i think there about 130-150.
sorry to hijack ... but what's the difference between the sun project and the g&p 203 nade launchers? same shells?
you can get whatever kind of shells you want with the launcher that you get...i can get a madbull grenade and get a sun project launcher, and it will work...
Personally I would recommend perfecting your marksmanship over the use of granade lauchers. Its more of a last resort to use when you are boxed in or a CQB situation. If you wanna try out a affortable granade launcher try the mosquito molds mini launcher. It comes with one 165 BBs gas charged shell. I got one mounted on my M4 with the CA RIS foregrip (Its not the TM M4 S-system). The gas shells I recommend are the Mad Bulls over the Mosquito Mold and the Classic Armys. Reason is the self reseting plunger in the back. The more BBs the shell holds the less range they get and the less BBs they hold the better range they get. Either way its not like in the movies where you can take out a moving tank or a blow away the wall of a building about 200 Ft away. Remember this just airsoft...
With the suggestions, I'll stay away from the launchers, but the toss'n'spray grnades described earlyer have my eye. I think it would be more psycological fo the enmy to see something flung towards them, breaking thei're fire and gunning them down as they flee. Then again, would this be allowed in Play?
i dont know about that. but i did havea nade launcher untill i pawned it, i prefer the launchers over the hand grenades. I lost one of my hand nades cause i couldnt find it, plud they are directional sensitve when the launchers aree point and spray. nut only really handy for alast resort when your boxed in.
