I love my TM SIG 226. It is flawless. however I have used a KWA M9 in about 50 games if not more. I have never had any problem with it besides the decocker not working. it fires hard and straight every time out of the box it is very used and continues to work. I droped my sig in the sand at blood money and that put an end to it for the day. but that would have done most GBBs in.

sig seems to be something to be looked into getting...lol

For M9's, TM is really the absolute best. I've owned the WA and the TM. The TM is much more reliable and grossly outperforms the WA. The only features that the WA even has over the TM is the realistic trademarks and the "hammer-drop" safety. (i.e. - Cosmetics.) Other than that, the WA M9's tend to be fragile, underpowered and have less range. I wouldn't waste my money on a WA M9 if I were looking for a good skirmish weapon. I'd classify them as a "collector's gun." Just my experience with M9's. Then again, to be fair about it, I hate all M9's to begin with. The only reason why I keep my TM one is because it's a solid performer that hasn't failed me in almost 2 years now.

I own all three listed on your poll both airsoft and real steel. On the airsoft side I roll with a TM M9 Tac Master and a KJW G19. They both have been trust worthy. Well my 1911 is a classic TM springer. Where I am at right now my licensed to carry concealed legally real steels are walther P99 and beretta 8000fs. Last time I was in sacto I manage to get a airsoft GBB maruzen P99. I still have not found a reliable airsoft GBB beretta 8000fs. Between the M9 and the 8000fs cougar I personally prefer the cougar over the M9 cause of size, ergonomics and in the case of the real steel is the rotating barrel effect. Dood in my opinion it all comes down to personal preferences. As a big reminder airsoft GBB and the real steel still have there major differences.

Some people are missing the point here. I am not comparing airsoft with the real steel. Just comparing airsoft with airsoft. And real steel with real steel. Most people do know the difference between the real steel and the airsoft. In fact the Real Steel M9 is not as great as most think it is. On the other hand the airsoft GBB TM M9 is a great performer for gaming. There are many collectors who like to have an airsoft version of the real steels that they own. Too bad the airsoft industry doesn't make replicas of all the real steels that ever existed in the world. By making replicas of some of the most popular will satisfy some.
