i dont no....snipin looks fun....but i dont no...i guess i should get a aeg first....but snipin just looks sooooooooooo fun...but snipers say its not so fun....if it was as accurate as a bb gun...or pellet gun...then i would be a sniper for sure...but i herd its not so accurate...cuz if i snipe...i want to snipe 300 ft... plus...away....

if you think you could juice up a rifle to shoot 300 ft. + yoooooooouu my friend are living in a dream world :lol: probably the most juiced up rifle that could go half that cost 1200$ on a japanese store like cobraairsoft or redwolf. but it was modeled after a .50 sniper rifle, the world's largest and the one we are using in iraq to disable moving vehicles.

get an aeg first. some fields arent made for a sniper rifle (like cqb) but tm gun or a ca m15a4 variant is good for almost all areas of play

If your just starting out get an AEG, you will enjoy it more. Then later once you are done spraying and praying get a sniper rifle. If you insist on starting out sniping just get an APS2 (have to upgrade it though) or a Tanaka M700/M24.

I've been trying to get in to being a sniper since before I started airsoft. I built my ghille suit last year but I still have to attatch it to some BDU's.

i never did say. but to satisfy the curiosity, twelve years usmc, couple of which were recon/force recon, then army sf.

honestly, i would go with the gilly suit and the Tm M4 due to this tidbit i formulated from my experiences: kills WILL come to the one who waits. and i found that in airsoft the range of the sniper usually doesn't mean jack when you can get the jump on the opponent. I have seen people with AEG's killed by sneaky guys toting springers.

that was good, very good. now, i'm inexperienced in airsoft, but alot of what you just said sf is true in real life also. course, we're VERY far away! :lol: :lol:

ok, but its goin to be hard for me not to put my dot things. Dang it, i was about to put the dots again. Well, i didn't kno it was bad to post. I just have lots of time on my hands so i like to answer ppls posts. why is that so bad. Yes, i did a post without dots. haha. I did it

the main reason why i am going to a sacair event is that my friends that i play with only have spring pistols & smg's, so their really no match for me when i play with my t-96 or CA mp5a4.
