TM.

If you are low on cash go for the UTG, you can always upgrade that gun in the future....

The man does have a point. But, to throw in my two cents and to give a little reasoning behind it, I firmly believe you should always save up for what you really want, so that you only have to buy it once, instead of throwing your money away by settling for something less. Honestly, Tokyo Marui makes far higher quality "toys" than does UTG. Yeah, it is a nice deal. It all depends on whether or not you really want a nice AEG. If so, go with the TM. If not, he is right.... go with the UTG. It's really up to you. It seems like you know the question at hand, but you're looking for affirmation as to which selection you should choose. It's really up to you.

hhaha hi joe..i know ur gonna get on my computer n check this thinkin its important but its jus me sittin next to u...hahaha...like iv been tellin u though...go tm...
steffen is such a fruitball...ahahaha..but thanks for the feedback everyone..i appreciate it..
I would refer you to one of the past UTG threads and in the last one you'll see hunterX's review. I agree with him in saying externally it's almost exactly like the TM except for the front end and rear sight. Internally it can easily be fixed up to easily reach on par. I've put 12k+ rounds through my UTG and it's still going strong. (I have 3 empty ksc 4k bags in front of me over the last few weeks.) So far it's worked well for me stock. Others might have different experiences.
They have alot of potential. Not only do you get a warranty from most retailers but also a 90 day warranty from Leapers Inc which is located in Michigan.
After seeing several utg's in action, and holding up. I plan on adding one to my collection of guns. It will make a great back-up, back-up gun, also it makes a great loaner gun, for friends that want to try it, and you dont want to gvie up your gun that you put so much money into.
Always rember when buying airsoft guns, you get what you pay for. if you buy a cheap gun like an l-peg then its going to be a piece of crap.
Id go TM...i cant remember who said it but a while ago someone said something along the lines of...... "UTG is the new ICS".....i have to say i agree with this.
UTG's are not lpegs... theyre the full size electrics just cheaper. But yeah you get what you pay for, a TM is going to outlast a UTG. I probably won't ever buy a UTG, although i have been looking at the AK's that are coming out form UTG. I have always wanted a AK but they have always ben a bit pricey for me.
TM. A UTG should never even be considered. Poor quality control.

I'm tempted to get one as a loaner gun, but I wouldn't trust one with all of my savings as a primary primary weapon...
Gun control is not Crime control.
