Before I say something I just want to point out that I was watching the news this morning and it turns out that perhaps Arnold my not have Tookie executed but again you never know.

Let him live.Killing him for the deaths of four people will solve nothing.He has to live with that for the rest of his life any way.Is it not part of the idea of a prision to rehblitate offenders anyway.Looks like he regrets what he did.Thats just what i think.

productive?!! how can one be productive being fed, clothed and taken care of expense free for the rest of your life.

yeah Jimmy, i got to agree with you, look what the bastard has started. go to a public school, you will hear the word blood or crip every other word that comes out of the ghetto people or the want to be ghetto. he started a gang who, with the bloods, have killed a lot of people over the years. let him die, kill him by putting plutonium in him, and watch him sit there and suffer.or battery acid, any type of liquid or solid that can eath through things quickly. put it into him. actually, make a nuclear bomb and shoe it up his ass and detonate it.or do what jimmy whats to do: put the barrel of the M82 up his ass and shoot every .50 cal bullet into him that the mag can hold.

Well obviously that is an interesting question. I am just glad I am not the one that makes the decission. Can people change? Damn I feel like I am in a philosphy class. ug I should be studying for finals damn professores.

Alright. Bear with me here. I'm going to basicly, repeat what others here have said but as if it were my very own opinion. First, let me say that I respect your opinions, educated or not. At least you all are thinking.

Just making sure I didn't leave out anything. I thought maybe that I might run for congress or something so I thought I'd get my practice in shaking babies, and kissing hands. Or wait a minute. Vice versa. Kissing the hands and shaking the babies. Yeah. That's it.

Saying that the death penalty lowers the crime rate is statistically not true. Actually states with the death penalty homicide rates averaged 7.1 (per 100 thousand population). This is almost double than the 3.6 average of states that don't have the death penalty. So does this mean that the death penalty actually increases the crime rate? What we have to think about is that gang members are attracted to death defying activites sorta like when you threaten a child with punishment he just becomes more bold. Even those that favor the death penalty agree that they cannot prove that the death penalty effects the crime rate and if anything it only increases it.

Have some of you guys ever heard of the term Cliffnotes? Use them please. Some of you seem to be vying for Tom Clancy's next novel.
