you know i definitly agree its time for him to fry or get poked, anyhow that would be scary as hell knowing that in like 11hours your going to die, no way around it. knowing that the next 11 hours of breath are your last. but it still dost make up for what he did to those four familys. and starting the crypts.
the debate comes down to whether the justice system is about punishment or removal of a problem. He was a problem thats been removed, if thats what its about he should get clemancy. on the other hand, if our system is about punishment, he should fry. As much as i dont like death, i do think he should die.
And shephards we will be.
Or what about his victims who never got a chance to tell their families that they loved them, or to say Goodbye.

first off, I strongly believe he SHOULD be put to death. I dont care how "reformed" and changed he is. The fact is he DID murder 4 people and was CONVICTED of it!! He should be put to death regardless of what he has done since then.

i just read an article online out of the la times that says gange violence is up not 10% not 20% but 30% :shock: . so how many kids have been saved by tookies books? my guess very few if any. the article is currently on http://www.homestead.com/prosites-prs/index.html the site occasinally has officeive material so be warned.
