The State of California great wisdom will not and can not exacute an inmate if they are sick or ill. So they have to do it to follow the protocol of the state and federal government. They are also not to cause the condemed to un do pain.
If you give to a charity please think of giving to one of these two charities. The Naval Special Warfare Foundation or Navy SEAL Warrior Fund.

The funny thing is that with the Patriot act, we can just start labeling gangs as terrorists and just drop the military in on them and it would all be legal.
