A facility to use for air soft
Ok all I have been discussing this with a few people I know and I am trying to make a buisness plan. Where it goes from there I dont know.

year round airsoft? that would be off the hook! how much would it cost to play for one day? thats alot of money and time to do that it wouldnt be up and going for along time.
before you get too far talk to some insurance people, see how much thats going to hit you.
Yup, liability is the big issue. How much would entrance be? Where would this be located at??

like I said this is in its intfint stage I have been talking to backers and Insurance. The rest I am still working on. I want it to be located in the Sacramento area. I know not specific but for now its all I am sure of. I just am really curious if any one would play. I know for sure face masks are required.

hold up a sec here people. Isn't airsoft already an all year round thing. I mean sure there are the times when its pooring rain, but for the most part you can already play airsoft year round.
Rain games are good.. I actually enjoy them except for the bone chilling cold its all cool.

Thats an awesome idea ya got, if you ever get a place like that up and running, i am sure you would have all of Sacairsoft's support. I love CQB and the more places we could play at the better. I would suggest making like an all year pass so it wouldn't be like high prices to get in. Another good idea would be to have like crappy AEG's you could let people rent along w/ face mask and ammo. That way, people that are really into airsoft could always have a Bday party there with their friends and their friends could rent guns...
playing in the cold isn't good for people that use gas pistols....

if you want cool ideas for cheap, easy to make fields.. lookit paintball fields. They are made for outdoor, but would be fun indoor also. At WAP(Wild adventure Paintball) a place out in the middle of nowhere, they have pretty cool fields that are made outta imagination. If you can get a chance head out down there or look it up on the web and check out the field called tubes(something like that i 4got) anyways its made outta large PPC pipes. Very very fun(but ghetto "so to say") fields.
someone was talking about this on another thread. i think its a sic idea. for starters, there is a fairly large building in scaramento on the 65th street exit off of hw 50 that is for lease. used to house a office depot so its pretty big. just a suggestion to help you get going
this sounds like a GREAT idea. I love it. if you get it going and need staff, even if its volunteer to start, i will help.
but that aex isnt really in sac, its in citrus heights, and its a pain for us folsomers. if you want buissnes, go to folsom. i mean where else would you put it. its a prodominatly white upper middle class suburb of sacramento. if you do a store, go to the money
elk grove/south sac seems like a better choice, the sams club on stockton blvd is moving to so maybe you could get that building pluse its close to my house :D

wouldn't it be logical to put it in the sacramento area?.... i mean theres tons of people on these forums(like 1200 guests and 5-30 members on at all times).. i am sure plenty of us would check it out......

Some of the locations you guys mentioned can be very cost prohibitive. Remember, the closer to civilization, lots of foot traffic and or population the higher the cost of the land, lease and associated fees are.
