The M4s have completely differnt internals then TM or CA so everything is a lot different. I knwo some places dont even work on ICS becuase they are so weird.

No. ICS is not better than TM. I have had lots of problems with the reliablitly of ICS guns. The quailty control is non-exsitant.

The 3.5 version of the ICS mp5 is just about rock solid. Although there is the problem that ferrari posted about the tappet plate which I hear is an easy fix. A biff I really had with the ICS mp5 was the motor whine sounded a little funky compared to what the guys have over at AZ. I would be shooting next to somebody and they would keep telling me that I need to adjust the motor in the pistol guard but the thing shot fine consistently and the only thing I ever had to get replaced was a new selector switch assembly that only cost me like 20 bucks.
If I had two dead rats. I would cut you.

I personaly would go for the CA. I bought a CA M4 tactical and it was shooting 380 FPS out of the box. After about 3 months it went down to 350 FPS. After upgrading it to a counter sniper rifle (new pistons, gears, custom barrel, silencer) in all about $150 in upgrades I was shooting 475, It sat in my closet for 5 months while I was on deployment, came back and it was shooting 450 FPS. You might pay a little less buying the TM but then if you care about realisim you will want the metal body + upgrades to shoot as far and straight as the CA out of the box. all in all you will pay about the same to buy either rifle and get it field worthy. Both are good rifles but being military and more concerned with realism I would recomend the CA, plus with a grand total of less then $475 in rifle and upgrades I can hang with ANY sniper rifle out there as far as accuracy and range.
