Its a custom gun. You may see one like is on www.wgcshop.com under "special" or "other" guns. The one Im thinking of would be out of stock and uses a M16 series lower reciever. You could always magnify the picture and see whats writen on the gun, name, model, etc. I can see that it says "police" on it from here..

you guys are close on ti being from ghost in the shell but it's actually not. it's from Dominion Tank Police. It's by Shirow, the same guy that did ghost in the shell...

Yeah i saw this a while back, i thought it looked hella clean. Basically you buy the kit and then you have to buy a famas (either version) and drop the internals into it.
