That scam has been going on for a couple years now. Basically they get your bank account number, drain your funds and then steal your identity. Leaving you bankrupt, in debt and furious. Unfortunately it's the elderly who has gotten caught in the fraudulent scheme.

Careful, don't be an idiot, a scam is in place this year as well as in the past few. Sounds like one we had last month, regarding the British lottery. Somebody sends you a certified letter stating you won a milion dollar cash prize, but you need to send the tax and doc fee check, so they transfer the funds as soon as possible. Don't be an idiot on this one, it's too obvious, buttonboy...
