I just was curious what some of you might hear as to what guns might be or are being made in the near future. Let me hear some of your thoughts/gossip/hear-say.

Star - L85 series

I'm looking foward to STAR's G36 and SL-8/9 series soon to come out.

whats the diff between the SL8 and SL9? anyone know release dates on these or the L85?

Tanaka M700 AICS, its essentially a AI L96. Similar to the Maruzen one, but gas and using the Pegasus system that Tanaka is known for, it always houses an alluminum bedded stock. It looks freakin great. Sadly the price is gonna be huge. But other than that, it looks awesome. Oo and just so you know, it will shoot just as hard as the M24, stock. Meaning about 575-590 with green gas...gotta love tanaka.

I remember someone showing a pic from an expo of the TM booth. Had an MP7, H&K USP, and a Sig P226.

The MP7, USP and P226 are actually supposed to be AEP not EBB. Along with the mp7, was the tmp scorpion and a new micro uzi (I Think). The Sig may actually be a p229 and not a p226 since they already have the p226 as a GBB. The USP is supposed to be the .40 USP I believe.
