if you paid by credit card call your credit card company they will help you out.

Well, after some more investigation, my gun is with the Regional Manager of Northern California. I'll give it till after Christmas, call again and if nothing. I'll take Dean's advice call the Better Business Bureau, and throw a molotov downtown JT's way. :twisted: :lol:

Most places dont think you will call the Better Buisness Bureau so they dont worry. So make sure you dont forget to follow up.
