Is a gas pistol a good thing to have? And would a blowback or a regular non-blobak be better? Is gas a expensive thing to run thru your pistol?

i dont have any local airsoft stores here, i live in maryland. Airsoft is not the biggest sport here. luckily i do have paintball-airsoft engaged neighbors. thanks for the info i will look into it more and wait for more replies. I do like the look of glocks... whats the accuracy and range on these? Dont need much accuracy from a pistol odviously.

im likin the glock 19. ill probably pick that up if i dont get a .22lr revolver.

you can also go to walmart and pick up a NBB for 40 bucks..

see you guys in CA have good airsoft stores and i suppose a good walmart, here in maryland we have no airsoft stores and the only walmarts are in the ghetto. I'm not gonna go to the ghetto one because you damn well know they aint gonna have some fake pistol. Real pistols, ye :) s.

One more question, how many shots can you get with a fill or tank, whatever.

on a glock, you usually put a whole set of 20 bb's(21 if you put one into the chamber before loading...if you egt what i mean...) then when your out, a glock 19 still has enough gas to go through another mag of 20 or 21.

Soo.. enough gas in the gun for 40 rounds?

each mag has a gas chamber that you fill, that chamber, on average, can shoot from 25 to 45 shots throught it.

thats what green gas is. its a little can of gas that you fill the mag with. you can bring the can with you if you wish, but i would suggest to just get more mags

yeah go for a nbb if your worried about gas, i have glock17metal slide blow back, i love it. i carry gas witrhme to the feild only one can, i hvae nnever had to use it but u never know.

I was lookin at the PHX high capa gbb.

The nbb's are much cheaper, are they the same quality?

u barely even use ur gas pistol unless ur first get it and ur feel like slinging back ur primary, and pop out ur pistol, its fun running around with one, and reloading it, and pulling back the slide, yes...very fun

ive gone with just my usp in az countless times. totally different aspect, and its so much fun because its so different in comparison to using an aeg
