ok so one of our players here, andy and adam, have found a field, actually their parents have agreed to let us use it, they have all things neccessary including insurance! but we need to meet up with them and find out what we are going to do. i need a few admins to let me know what day would be good for them to have a meeting, prehaps either lunch or a dinner. please if you would PM me your name and your numbers where i can reach you at if you'd like to attend. i have been trying to set this up for awhile, but i need all your guys help now, since you have more experience than me in this stuff.

Viper man i can go if you need me to shoot over a PM but how is this gunna work out with the insurance and stuff....have you looked at this field for size, accessability, border issues, cops and parking....i think that their insurance will be voided by our activities if a insurance guy sees us and if not having to deal with them in terms of any arrangements for proper notification and intent can put us legally in the wrong quite a few ways
insurance is already, or will be covered, the field is pretty big, i havent had the chance to go check it out yet, but when i get a chance ill go and look. but the field is owned by the parents, so all we must do is to simply write up a waiver, which i have been working on with some "friends" that work in a law firm. will what the hell is your number again? LoL

I am sure if it is needed mikesteve and I could make it but i think that if the meeting is going to be with the owners of the field we dont need to show up 15 heads deep. Not sure if your just talking about an admin meeting or not let me know.

hey vipes...anynews on this field?? i have been doing some checking and we will need to know the company that they run their insurance through but this sounds like a good alternative to CP
