they have a pretty nice, all metal, i think 20 lumens, for $20 at wal mart. i have one, wokrs greatdark games. very bright. and the easiest part is that they run off 3 AAA batteries, so no need to buy the expensive lithium batteries for the G&P one. the light from wal mart is push button operated, and can not use the stuff for the G&P.(tails, push buttons, etc.) but if you get one, they are great for indoor or outdoor games. i play at adventure zone with it and it blinds people from across the field. if your ever at a walmart, i would highly suggest getting one. cheap, heavy, and goes against the whole"you get what you pay for" saying because you get a lot more then you pay for.hope my info helps.

20 lumens? that's really not all that bright. I have a surefire G2 ($34) that's about 60 lumens, which is bright but not bright enough, so i have a surefire 9P on the way. 105 Lumens. Surefire batteries are $15 for 12, which is a good deal for litium batteries. As for mounting a tac light on a weapon, you can get a 1" ring and mount it i belive. That along with a pressure switch should do the trick just fine, that way you have the stand alone flashlight as well as the weapon light.

go on ebay and search for Tactical Flashlight. Get the "Police" tactical Xenon flashlight that comes with the pressure switch. They can be had for about $10 and put out 90 lumens and run on 123CR lithium batteries. They work just like a surefire (same style end cap included) but with a different bulb and its not a smooth beam like surefire. I have one and it works great for airsoft

I have used the surefire G3 and the Pelican P6 Xenon flashlights. They are both 65 lumens lights that batteries last about average 1 hours if constant on. Those cr123 batteries are expensive unless you are fillthy rich. Not sure how long those night games could last. Have any of you guys try out the high performance LED type bulb flash lights? They don't have as high Lumens as xenons but they are still brighter than ordinary flashlights and the batteries last a lot longer then the xenon. In fact surefire has a optional LED bulb replacement for some of their flashlights. You should go check out the flashlights available at Fry's Electronics, Gun stores, and at Walmart to find out what suits you best. Hey admins can we use flares at this OPs?

well i have a UMG too 8) and i run with the G&G GP6 tac light from AEX. I think it was $70 or something like that :roll: . iv used it a AZ a cupple of times and it just about blinds people so id say it is effective :twisted: . just get your battries at AEX or you will pay an arm and a leg at raido shack :x .

Saw over at airplat they have a light with 120 lumens. Sounds a little too good to be true because its 70 bucks and comes with a ris mount and a pressure switch.

Talk to me dad ( who acutaly like the gun, and we spent about a hour talking about how real it is, [ hes a Captian for Sunnyvale PD + SWAT commander...] and I think is interested in getting into it, though needs a gun ), and he says that they sell small tac lights at the uniform store he goes to. I'm also thinking about checking out a few of the mag, and tactical vest they also have...

The GP6 uses the same lamp assembly as the surefire G2/6P etc, which is the p60, 65 lumens. It's a 6 volt 2 123a cell powered xenon lamp. There's a p61 upgrade which is 120 Lumens.
