Hey I have a crane stock battery and in trying to find a better way to fit in in the crane stock, I broke one of the leads off.
just don't leave it on for to long
i did the same thing. i had to solder it.
yeah the same thing hapened 2 me but i couldnt get it 2 hold on so i had 2 throw the bettery away
"If you had 4 fingers you'd draw a screwed up turkey"
you just ahve to do it correctly
The actual battery surface will not want to take the solder so solder the broken tab to the remaining piece of tab left on the battery...it will be much easier that way...Good luck..if you cant do it ill buy the battery off you 8)
You just got killed by a Daewoo Lanos...How You like me now?
if you want the solder to stick, get an exacto knife or something and scratch the surface so its rough. the reason why the surface wont take the solder is because there is nothing to hold on to. by scratching the surface, well, you get the idea.
scratching the battery exposes clean metal, the metal on the outside is polished, probably has oil on it, and is most likely dirty.
Go grab an exacto knife, and scratch it up a little bit. Then, get some flex from an electronic store, and solder it together.SIMPLE

Thanks you guys, Yesterday it didn't work, but today for some odd reason it worked. I had to clip off the metel plate from the lead to expose some of the bear wire then attache it to the left over plate part. Then I covered the end in HOT GLUE!!! so that ish will never come out again!
