I think he's trying to show that he's "respectful" of sacair rules. Which technically once everyone's gone they can shot each other as much as they want to. But it's also contradictory to the whole "promoting our sport" as he likes to believe he is. Since if he hits an bystander or even their vehicle he'll end up causing us to lose the privilege to play there.

i was there when beerman told doc about the admin thing, it was for help and medical and he was told then it was just for that game. The very next game when the admins where introduced he put up his hand and added comments to rules. We talked to him then. The very next game he was telling people he was an admin. Myself, johny, beerman and i think andrew and erin had another talk with him and let him no for certain that he was not an admin and made sure he understood that....
