Jan 12, 2006 5:45am

Jan 12, 2006 5:49am
why not get a TM? there alittle better form what i have heard
Jan 12, 2006 5:54am
Just say no!!! had one sold it for half of what I paid for it just to get rid of the goddam thing. Nothing but problems with it double feeds, wacky selector switch , the hop blows not worth the 400+ you pay for it...save yourself some grief get the TM m14. I did and I LOVE IT!

is it that bad that everyone jumps on it so fast, because i wanst going to buy it, i was going to trade for my ca cqb. im getting tired of m4's because everywhere you look, thats mainly what you see. plus i love m14's. anyone have any positives for the g&g. anyone like the g&g more than the tm, or does everyone just hate it??

The G&G's have a more realistic look and feel to them. But the TM's quality is far better. Just more difficult to work on. Having worked on at least half a dozen G&G's and only one TM. I would go with the TM.

Jan 12, 2006 6:47am
GRRRRRRRRR, but isnt the tm more expensive too, DAMN NOW IM ANGRY, cuz i know you guys are right, but i was all, hey im getting a m14, but now i guess ill reconsider

Eh yes. If you find a G&G for a good price, it is one to consider. Swap the gears for some systemas and make sure the trigger works good and it would be a very solid gun. Upgrading them is quite easy.

thats the thing, im getting a pretty good deal, and im sick of my m4, so thats why i wanted this. does the g&g take the same gears as other guns, or special gearsets?
· Supreme ChancellorJan 12, 2006 7:01am
Standard AEG gears. Nothing special. Same springs. V3 spring guide I believe. Im not 100% on that last one though. Ok, well 95%. :D

The trigger pull can be easily fixed by bending the trigger contacts in. And go with a PSG1 barrel. It'll stick about halfway through the flash hider. If you are really anal about it you could just dremel it down. Its a snap.

what about all the battery questions. do you know any of those answers?
Jan 17, 2006 7:37am
i think even you could do the wiring on the batts, not very hard actually.

I am 99% sure the large 9.6 batteries will fit in there. Okay 99.9%. As far as Deans, easy squeezy to do. If you have AEX do the trigger thing and barrel, we can do the battery re-wiring at the same time.
