Intro
hi everyone. Im new to airsoft and i live in Yuba City. All i have right now is a little Gold Cup springer. But as soon as i get some money, ill get a better gun. Anyways, i was looking on the internet for somewhere to play, and i found this site. It says that everyone meets at Marysville, which is right next to me! So, i was wondering what the routine is and how far away the courses are from Marysville. How far are they? How do we get to the field? Im tryin' to get my friends into airsoft also, but they love paintballin', why? I dont know. Airsofting is great, and the ppl here at sacairsoft sound like they are great ppl. In paintballin' you sometimes play with ppl that have frozen paint...which sucks and is dangerous...and hurts. But anyways, i would just like to introduce myself, and I look forward to coming to a game one day.
wow, your so lucky you live near where we play... its like an 1 1/2 drive for most of us. Anyways we all meet at a BK, then from there we all play follow the leader to the field. All you really need is a gun and bb's, battery if you have an AEG/AEP. Usually you don't NEED a pair of camo pants and a shirt, but if you can get your hands on some that definently a big plus.
hour and a half? speak for youself dude, I drive from the Bay Area 2 hours, and another hour or so to the BK, then again on the return trips!...
Im kinda of a shy person, so im gonna wait for my cuz to come over one weekend, then we'll come for sure, and plus im only 16 (17 in march) and my parents are gone this weekend, so maybe next time. Does my parent or guardian (i have a 26 year old bro, which i think is good enough) have to be there for every game??? Or is once enough?
The fields don't really have a exact address, so we normaly meet at the BK, and we would head out from there...you could get a ride from someone to the field, if your parents are unwilling to drive with the rest of the convoy, or get rough with they're car ( the raod to the CQB field is rough ). As for the age...I beleive ( and admin forgive me, your are the ultimate word on this ) that a note, or some form of waver to give to a Admin to say " hey, my parents allow me to play, heres they're signature and they're phone number saying that they allow me to be here.."

I don't remeber seeing any rules stating that you need a parent to come to the game if you are under 18. I would say show up Sunday with a a paintball mask or googles just to come and meet some people. Thats how Agent Orange got into it.

Ok, so ill call my parents and see if they let me go. Can my bro sign the waiver thing?? He's 26. So i might go and play with my springer. I got some greenish pants and ill just wear a t-shirt. BTW, my name is Apar. But its not a-"par" like in golf. its like i saw on one of my teacher's seating chart: "uh-par". Anyways, u guys got any Punjabi people that go out and play? Or will i be the first? lol

Just make sure you bring shooting glasses, what camo you got, bbs, and of course, your spinger is you wish to bring it, just remember, NO METAL BBs.

sorry guys, but i found i have to go to my cousin's house to spend time with the family and stuff, so next time there is an event, ill be there, and maybe my cousin too. Hope you guys have a good time!
