Well, theres no bb's at all in my hicap, and the wheel is still tense, makes the weird clicking sound to tell you that its done being wound while theres no bb's in it. Also, sounds like theres something loose in there.
CA high caps like to break. Take it apart and see if something broke or just came undone.

hmm, i take it apart by undoing that little circular screw on the bottom of the magazine near the wheel right?
You know that little staple that is on top of your brand new bag of bbs? It could be jammed up in there. Check for that in the gears once you get the thing apart.

how would i take it apart?......
Try taking the screw out, then pull the top(where the nozzle is) out of the metal jacket.

u will need a hex wrentch probably, metric, and thats it, but i receommed takeing your time in doing it so u dont lose anything and so u can seehow everything goes back together.
yeah ive had the staple problem with 3 of mine, now as soon as i open a bag of bbs i take that staple and throw it like its a live grenade,

take the hex screw out,and slide the cover toward whatever way the little tabs arent blocking it.Be careful with the internals, its a bizzatch to put em all back together..
