do hi speed gears really improve the rof and if so how much. say like helical hi speed gears or Systema high speed gears. wich ones are a better choice also do hi speed gears break down faster or break teeth.
I have High Speed gears and they rock. It's like a stream of BBs out of my gun. I heard that you shouldn't go higher than an M100 with hi-speed gears but I could be wrong.

what kind of gears do you have???
I personally would just stick with the flat gears. Helicals are a little more difficult to shim -- at least for me.
