i'd be surpised if anyone could do that. haha every cop has probably heard of this, so if it goes word by word the same, the cop might just think your f*cking with him...but thats just hwat i would think...hell, i owuld try it if i had a car, and if the cop would really call his captain, etc. but yes yes yes, very good joke. :D
