Ok. i came home with my bro and we found out that his Tm G36c (upgraded) and KWA ASP Compact(upgraded with silver metal slide) , his utg woodland crossdraw vest,his woodland BDU, and my KSC G-19 (VERY VERY upgraded with full trademark slide.) are now missing from our house. The price of all of this is easily over $650. So we are talking Grand Theft.This message goes out to all my fellow airsofters but mainly the people that play at AZ all the time, like steve and justin ans u guys.Me and eric have been really positive that it is Dave that stole all this. The reason being that he is a felon(about 17 felonies)that he told us about, and he is always talkin about robbing people and stores and ive witnessed him shoplift. this man is crazy. U people ar AZ should knoew who im talkin about.He is Dave, the little scrauny guy with glasses and hella skinny hands and he always hangs out at az on tuesdays, but he owns no guns. so we are thinking that because he has been in our house before and seen what we got, and he had no airsoft guns or anything of his own, so we are thinking that he stole our stuff so he would have some of his own. So mainlty anyone at AZ that sees Dave, and if they see him with these items and if he is in a woodland bdu or anythinng like what i have mentioned. just comment him on his new stuff and dont let him know whats going on yet.BUT if u see him with this stuff at AZ tell me as soon as possible. This stuff is worth over $650 easily.and we want to confront this fool so PLEASE HELP!!! Im begging u. i might come on tuesday to check it out but gin i ask that u help me and cdont buy any of these items if u see them being sold. UNLESS u know they arent my missing items.THANK YOU SO MUCH

Being that this did not take place at AZ, i would ask you don't drag the facility into it, on a side note if you don't want a person to find something out you shouldn't post his name on sacair. I personally have not seen dave in multiple weeks however the person to get in touch with about the issue is harley being that he is dave's step brother. (Harley is an incredibly honest and straight foward person i would easily trust him with all my stuff) Harley will most likely be at AZ on tuesday if you would like to speak with him on sacair he is $djdeeznuts$ sorry i'd give you his # but i'm against posting other peoples personal info on the net without there permission. Best of luck i hope you solve this and all ends up well in the end.

careful who you accuse openly on a forum, you may be wrong. Openly accusing someone can be a very dangerous thing. To be publicly humiliated for something you did not do may cause violent behavior and thoughts of vengeance. Good luck in finding your gear...

I think you should edit that posts about this "dave" guy...you could be wrong about this,and ruin one mans reputation..And he might want to get back at you,and hurt you;possibly worst...your not even 100 percent sure it was him...you could have at least waited until tuesday,when he usualy is at AZ,and ask the people there what guns he had,and if they were your guns,then he was the guy...Other than that,the only thing you have against him is the stories he tells you...I can tell lies,too..he was probably trying to make himself look cool

sorry to hear that dude! btw, if that much gear was stolen as you say from inside your house when you were not home then this is not something you want to handle on this forum site. You need to contact your local police department and file a complaint. If someone physically went into your house and took your gear then your talking abour burgularly and that is a very serious offense, especially when it adds up to that much money. You should definatly call the police and let them handle it, and not immediatly take things into ur own hands.

And besides openly accusing someone you have no evidence to prove, the crime is Burglary, not Theft (Grand).

Also, a few other questions come to mind:

i tend to agree with alot of the above a notice of stolen equipment would have been more apropriate then blatantly accusing someone across an internet forum best bet police report in my mind at least.

isn't it like "3 strikes and he goes to jail" type thing...so he should have been in jail a long time ago and still serving if it was 17 felonies. i am probably wrong on this one

no u guys. me and my bro KNOW FOR A FACT that it was this guy. and he doesnt have a sacair account so we doesnt know we are on his tail. and im not trying to bring az into this mess im just lettin the people at az know because thats where he plays airsoft.we will probly file a report tomarrow, unless we get in comtact with harley and get our stuff back. and ya it was either 13 or 17 but he told me all of them. ill try to get a pic up so u gus know who to look for if u wanna help anymore. thanks for all ur help sof ar though.it is really appreciated.

be carefull who u blame matt, dont post a pic, that can be considered slander, i dont know if its a crime but if he didnt steal from u, i think he can file chargers on you for slander. some one out there who is cop tell me if im right or wrong on this.

what proof do you have besides his background?

this guy is a felon. what does he care for slander. i wont post a pic then it will just make it that much harder for me to find my airsoft so i can play.i can tell right now i probly wont be at any games for a while.

he is the only one who knows i have airsoft in my house. and he knows i have alot. he steals A LOT of stuff. he always talks about robbing places with my g19 he stole.he knew EXACTLY where the airsoft guns were. and he only stole airsoft. there was a bunch of stuff like a nice big flat screen tv, a sony psp, a pda, a ps2, an mp3 player and a lot of money out where he could jave grabbed it. he has been talking about stealing himself an airsoft gun and a bdu.he is obssesed with airsoft so the burglar would probly only want the airsoft.he was always aking if he could have one of our guns but we said no. and he didnt seem very happy. THAT is my proof.

ok, i gotta ask, what are you thinking. So let me get this right...you come home, realize that all of your gear is gone, you think this guy broke it to your house and stole it all. Now your first reaction to this is to post up on this site cause you THINK it was him. and you plan on fileing a police report TOMORROW???? what are you thinking??? If you actually believe this guy broke into your house and stole anything from you, you should immediatly call the police and report it, not wait untill tomorrow. If it was a burglary then the police will investigate. They may fingerprint various areas, photograph the area, quesiton you about the circumstances and time-frame, etc. these are all very important steps that should be done immediatly. By waiting untill tomorrow to file a report u are seriously taking a huge risk. Ever hear of a crime scene, cause thats what you've been walking around in for the last couple of hours now!! Good luck to the cops when they try to fingerprint.

we havent really touched anything around the area. but i thought the police station was closed to calls like that at like 8pm. i know they are ready 24/7 for 911 calls but this isnt one.

lol, no the police station doesnt shut down just because its night-time. Their response time may be longer but they will still come. Dont call 911, call one of the sac pd police stations tell them what happened and that u suspect it was burglary. They will send someone over to your house.

I am a Police Officer and you do need to call now to make the report.

That sucks but don't accuse anyone until you are 100% positive or there is evidence to backup your accusation. As for the police, they probably aren't going to take fingerprints if it's not that serious of a burgulary. My car got broken into right by the police station and they didn't even want to to come down, they just said as long as everyone is okay just file a claim with your insurance company. Dang PD.... Seriously...
