question about m249
hello everyone, i'm not necessarily a newbie cause i have been playing airsoft like how you guys probably play for a year already, so my question is that do you think i'm able to wield an m249? i'm 5'11, 157 lbs, i can bench press about 130 pounds and i'm 15

im 5'4" 115lbs and i could "wield" an m249. wouldn't have the most fun trying to maneuver however, it could be done no matter the size of the person. just a smaller person like me would be really dang slow, thats why i used to stick to the mp5's and m4's
The 4 rules of gun safety:
+1 Too heavy for your scrawny *butt*. And all the weight and height doesn't really matter, if you are fit thats good enough. I carry over 23lbs of weaponry or should I say WIELD. Im also only 105lbs. Don't forget to WIELD your weapon safely.Ha

what i meant is that i have been playing "professional" airsoft (like you guys) and not backyard airsoft for a year, forget what i said at the top lol
Well, with that much suppressive fire you really won't need to move fast. I remember a guy at Ukau's field who had one and he just walked and fired on full automatic and he did not get hit. It's really up to you if you want to lug it around. I say go for it.
I don't carry a gun to scare people.
If you cant use the CA SAWS, look at the Star SAWS. I might sell mine soon.

i don't really like the m4 stock on an m249 ( i saw a picture b4 ), i like my para stock :D and my friend has an elcan for sale. but he might have sold it on this one airsoft forum
you can put a grenade launcher on it when you get one of those bottom RIS rails for the 249 :P
oh ya, i actually have never been to ur fields b4, so i was wondering what we do after we meet up at the burger king? do we drive down to the fields together? can you have your parents/guardian drop you off at the burger king and then go on someone else's car down to the field?

make sure the barrel is pointed away from your face before you pull the trigger
