OK fellas. This is my session where I take the opportunity to vent on an issue and hoping that one of you has experienced. Hopefully, I can get some advice or at least some understanding. I feel your pain. I work at Gottschalks for Finlay Fine Jewelry but we still have to follow the gottschalks rules and such which include being able to open new accounts. We have to call a number from our phones that work as well as a pinto to talk to someone in India who literally has to spell everything we tell them back to us (most of which in the form of S as in Sam, B as in Boy) to make sure they are entering the correct information and that we can understand what they are reading BACK TO US (irritated yet just reading it?). All while the customer is standing there glaring at you cuz they want the number to their siney new credit card so they can buy something shiney and expensive they can\\\\\\\'t afford. But i digressed... outsourcing is bad, B as in Boy A as in Asshat D as in Dimwit.
What you need to do in regards to the identity theft is to tell them that you suspect identity theft. Do not... I repeat... DO NOT give them any personal information until they give you information regarding the account. Do not give them your social security number. Do not give them you home phone number. Do not give them your mailing address. If they have not received any payments they will try to stick you with the bill.

Maybe...we...should...boycott...companies...that...outsource?
