I am 14 and yes I read the FAQ but that doesn't answer my question.

no. if ur playing at an outdoor field sacair game then u dont. but to play at adventure zone u do if you are under 18. actually u have to at az no matter how old u are but if ur under 18 then a parent has to sign it

just to clarify, yes, if you are a minor you have to have a parent come to a game with you your first time to sign a waiver. it says that in "What is Sacairsoft?". the only thing however is no admins usually take the time to do this so it's very lax on this rule. but technically speaking you are supposed to.

no ur not, i heard their was some issue a while back but its been resolved and u dont have to any more,

Sacair is just a forum. We dont play on any land were there is an actual owner. So seeing as how there is no one to be sued, no waiver needs to be signed.

well then someone should change that on the site. i have played sacair games that have been on private property so i think thats when the waiver applies

Well here goes, we are working on getting waivers( done by a lawyer) for minors. You willl see them soon.

the hints that I've gathered from your posts and posts by other admins. It has been a little chaotic and all these new waves of people it's bound to happen.

yeah airsoft is booming and sacair with it. Too many peeps posting up games that at are not being well regulated ie. muzzle sweeping, taking off eyewear during games, and other unsafe behaviour. So it is going to have to be reeled in for awhile. Get the rules enforced so it is safer game play for everyone.
