UTG is hit and miss . . . just got a bad one. send it back to shorty's which is where i'm sure you got it from and ask for a refund. Get another if you want.

+1, send it back. I wish I could tell you how to fix the problem, but I don't know UTG's. Since this is a new purchase, just call and send it back...they'll likely replace it without a problem and off you go- airsoft fun for everyone!

Agreed. UTG has a huge lemon rate. M324 isn't a bad gun; you just got a lemon.

The quality control of UTG products is pretty low compared to other high end brands. So, if they make a bad one, it'll slip through QC and end up in someones hands...instead of back into the assembly line to fix it at the factory.

Yeah I assembled the gun correctly and it still didnt work for some reason. I have to send it back now because the trigger sticks now. The bolt snapped forward one too many times and the trigger is stuck in the pulled back position. Thank you for your support. I thought this could be a do it yourself fix but because of the trigger I have to send it back. Airsplat is being hella cool about it though, even though they wont next day air it out which is what a good customer service would have done but no matter...
