Does anyone know what the laws are for shotguns in oregon? My brother wants to get the mossberg 500a1 pistol grip 14 inch barrel that holds 9 shells and we cant figure out if this is legal up there or not so he asked me to research it but I cant find anything on the net that specifically says that they are illegal but then nothing says they are, plus assault rifles are legal, any help is really appreciated thanks

sbr or aow-i think you needed a form 5 and transfer tax. don't know legalities of Oregan, most likely not as bad as CA.
