i was wondering if i should take my Gearbox out of my AK just to know how to when it comes time to replace it with a metal reciever (if i ever do) because i dont have the money to pay AEX $30 for everything i put in. i am not going to open the box but i was just curious if the box is totally enclosed.

do a google search and that should havee your answer but why do it till u acctually get the metal reciver.

Yup, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Could save you some headaches from having a working gun to a non-working gun.
