Does anyone else own this product? I am not sure if mine is defective or not, I plugged in the cable that goes to the frs radio. I click the button to transmit, the other frs radio shows it receives the signal but I can't hear my voice. Am I doing something wrong?
try adjusting the throat mic on your neck. Also throat mics transmit at a much lower volume then standard headsets at least that has been my experience.

I got it to work after adjusting it like you said. I kinda had to turn up the volume to hear myself talk though. Could it be the lack of power wattage wise in frs radios?
Hard to test them with just 1 radio. You might try, and sit down cause this may shock you...
no it's the noise cancellation in the throat mics. I think they "tune" it down a little because with an earpiece on it can get a little loud
