Are MP7's a good as sidearms? I'm looking for a winter alternative to gas pistols... [our field has no engagement distance with low-fps semi-auto sidearms, so sidearms are actually useful in some situations].
Gun control is not Crime control.

Upgraded, they shoot past 270 FPS. The laylax spring gets you that much. I'm sure you'll be able to get more with an extended inner barrel.

I used a friend of mine's at a campout/skirmish a couple of months ago. I didn't like the trigger response either. It is a very solid build though. The other issue my friend had was the length of playing time per battery charge. He had a couple extra packs he carried with him. It's not really a woodland gun for the main reason of low fps. That is, it doesn't penetrate light foilage (leaves/twigs) very well. I never felt the need to move if he was trying to tag me through any kind of obstruction. I think it would be an awesome CQB weapon...
