[SACAIR] IMPORTANT Forum Notice

Mar 2, 2006 3:46am
Sacairsoft is and has always been an organization devoted to Safety, first and foremost, and about promoting our sport in a positive way. We have strived over the years to find places that are safe, legal and out of public view. Our overzealousness in being safety oriented has drawn concern from other members, yet there is a need to be firm when it comes to the safety and well being of everyone.

If this is what needs to be done to keep sacair alive, and a good fun place to play than who am I to argue?

stupid question but I am gonna ask.... does this mean we cannot post private games {i.e. non-sac-air event) even if we are using sac-air rules and regulation we just dont want it to be controled by the powers that be? for example if I want to host a game on my own land, limit the amount of players but still want to follow fps rules and all that jazz do I first have to ask your permission ?
Coolwater airsoft is a bunch of queers hence they all dress pretty and match all the time, most of them are simply adults that live at home still, when they arent doing airsoft stuff they like to play D&D and have circle jerks, they all voted for Jon Kerry and are democrats

If you give to a charity please think of giving to one of these two charities. The Naval Special Warfare Foundation or Navy SEAL Warrior Fund.

I feel a revolution on the rise... good luck to all...

well that seems legit. sacair rules should be enforced at all games, because they are well rounded rules, that i think everyone can comply with. i back this idea 100%
Mar 2, 2006 6:25am
I don't know why im upset, just a reaction i guess. I know its for the better of SacAir and as i said before i am fully supporting this.
Mar 2, 2006 6:41am
Im totally down for the changes, whatever it takes to keep our sport alive.

100% understand and agree. Anything that an admin, that has been in the sport much longer than me(that's all of them), says i agree with

So, if we wanna have a game...where are we supposed to post it????

When ever an admin feels like posting one.

good question. That is the whole point of this. Unless you are a Admin, then you cannot post up games. Only Admins can host games on this website.

I am totally with this 110% (do NOT start math debate with me :) When I first joined sacair this is how it was, if you were not an admin then you cant make a game on this site(or that is how I remember). Due to that I had more fun at the games because they were closely monitored and done very very well.

another dumb question, say some team wants to have a team game and challenge another team, neither team has a admin on it. I assume this means we have a admin post for the game but does that mean we have to have admins present at time of game?

I AM SO DOWN WITH SAFETY. However, I have only been in this sport for a couple of weeks now. I have been to a couple of games at CQB. I am not sure if they where hosted by ADMINS or not just because I am too new to know any better. My question is, how often is an admin going to host a game?
Mar 2, 2006 4:30pm
you will have a game once a weekend or sometimes twice. Depending on what is going on with the admins.

I totatly agree with this. Only problem I see with it is people coming to a sacair game to find where the fields are that our admins(namely poser haha) found and then going to their group of guys who want 450fps aegs with no engaugment distance and dont care whether we have rights to it or what.... Has happened before and is going to happen, prepare for it admins.

So, basically we need to send e-mails out to people to let them know there is going to be a game.

The one thing that I don't like about all of this, is that there hasn't been a SACAIR game in a while...mainly a huge mil-sim. There used to be one big game once a month...and there were SACAIR games every week.
