[SACAIR] IMPORTANT Forum Notice
The thing about posting a game on Wed is that some people need way more time in advance to prepare for it.

So, is there a game this weekend?
Initially it sounded as though this was all about safety, but it really seems as though it is more about control, if someone wants to host a game they should be able to post up here if you don't like what they have posted delete it but if it follows sac-air guidelines there should be no problem I don't see how we are required to have an admin there for it to be okay, I cannot work around a admins schedule if it doesn't work out for an admin to be there its sounds like we would just be out of luck and that sucks.... I am all for safety just not for control, the more you control the more problems your gonna have on here, of course there is always gonna be some bad apples but you as site admins have to control that, not the games I hope this made some since it just looks like rambling to me... I will now get off of my soap box
Coolwater airsoft is a bunch of queers hence they all dress pretty and match all the time, most of them are simply adults that live at home still, when they arent doing airsoft stuff they like to play D&D and have circle jerks, they all voted for Jon Kerry and are democrats
We call that "micro-managing" in the military...LOL!!!
"Why do I always get the ugly chick?"
If you would like to host private games that do not conform to Sacairsoft rules then do not post on this website. We have encountered problems in the past concerning this matter and have to take decisive actions.

Deleting games at will by admins only leads to accusations that it' favoritism (it's happened). The issue is safety, and who monitors the game to ensure that those guidelines are being followed. Not to long ago more admins were added to increase the number of games scheduled.

Ha, Need to add Kalifornia guns control laws to this site too. So, we will be more control & safe.
that was an excellent point

I haven't been with sacair very long but there are quite a few people who have signed up recently (within the past few months) that while I applaud their enthusiasm are a bit too audacious.

+1 to just about everything. I'm very supportive and if you guys need help, I'm willin.
except for if you read it correctly it says there is no non-sacair events to be posted if we want to have it then it will be an official sac-air game and we will need to have sac-air admins there to host it

If you have an organized event (ie. Fort Ord) then you must submit a request with all the pertinent information to the admins. The admins will then choose to either post the event or deny posting the event. If a request is denied, an admin will notify the person who submitted the request and explain the reason for doing so.

absolutely I believe safety is first an foremost the biggest part of having fun, but what if it is not convenient for an admin to make it one day does that mean it is cancelled?

There are more than one admin out there, and I'm sure the Admins are trying to come up with something that, even if none of them can't go to a game, that someone will be granted, or has been trained in admin-like procedures to run the game safely.
I think this is a good idea. Too many senseless people out there that think 'safe rules' only exists because 'The Man' wants to limit the fun.
Gun control is not Crime control.
i agree that if you post a non sacair game on the sacair boards you should conform to sacair rules, BUT i do disagree that only admins can post a game. It SEEMS to be the elitist attitude within the airsoft community that so much of us are trying to get past. we all play airsoft, we all want to play airsoft, but this is honestly turning me off to sacairsoft.
I have the ability and resources to host a non-sacair forum if that is an option. Sacair could supply a link and disclaimer to them. Just let me know and I can have something setup within a day easily.
here is another problem i have with this. how does XposionX post his AZ games????? his safety guidelines exceed sacair's, but hes not an admin.
