alright, i took the gearbox out of the AUG, undid the anti-reversal latch thing, so the gears are spinning freely...i was wondering, if i take it apart, what should i watch out for??? or if you have the time, give me a step by step of what to do if you can...

There should be a review or how-to guide somewhere (for those who are interested in tinkering with their own guns). Have you tried a search, either google or on here? Just asking.

yeah, i looked around on google, only found the maual for the aug on how to take it down, but it wasnt in english...but it did have good diagrams...but it still didnt tell me what would break when i opened it, etc... ill try it out, and if it messed up, hopefully aex will have time to show me or just do it for me and get it back a week later or something...ill get back to you about how far im getting on it later tonight.

heh, anyone have a tappet plate and lube i can have??? :lol: tappet is broken(i knew something would happen to it), and there is little to no lube on the gears, bushings.
