Alright so i get what the recoil spring does when you upgrade it but i'm confused as to what the benefits of upgrading the hammer spring are? I was gonna get a new recoil spring for a Hi-Capa and saw that some come with hammer springs for a few dollars more... so what do they do?

Heavier hammer springs help when the weather is warm. They give the hammer more power to fully depress the valve on the mag when there is more pressure on hot days or if your using red gas or propane. Hope this helps.
