The shooter is Rooftop Voter or RV at a gunsforums. He's a certified NRA handgun trainer. His co-worker with the fat butt-crack just recently asked him to help her get her CCW. And even though it looks like he was shooting VERY close to the kid, it's all camera angle, he had a good 4ft between his weapon and the kid.
