You could use Venezuela instead of Columbia. Or switch to using Cuba. Some sort of incident involving a skirmish between Cuban and US Military personel.Or the Venezuelans cutting off oil shipments from the US, if I recall there have been some tension between The current administration and the Venezuelan president.

ran it half assed at the hill one time, people didnt get the medic rules so it didnt turn out as well as expected but i was planning on rerunning in the summer this year
