i am just wondering the difference in accuracy if there is one?

rifle = longer barrel = better accuracy

it is believed that the longer the inner barrel the more accurate the gun, this is because the bb has a spilt second longer to stabilize, before exiting the gun. personally i havent seen a large difference in accuracy.

Yes but you will have to use the good kind of bbs. No more cheapy bbs with a tightbore.
