Not with that sight behind it. Good luck zeroing that thing like that. I have never seen anyone fire with anything like that, nor do I think it helps. Its only on there for accountabilty.

The ONLY reason they have the carry handle mounted forward is because they dont have 'QD' mount for the ACOG and a flip up type rear sight.

Dani just bought a 10/22 Tuesday! She wouldn't go for the digi camo one though. I thought it was kinda cool but she was all hell bent on the wood stock.
