hand sanitizers are great, but washing your hands every hour? I mean c'mon, God gave us an immune system for a reason. I mean i had the flu or stomach virus, (can't remember which one) back in thanksgiving season. i lost ten pounds in two days, couldn't keep nothing down, and barely got any sleep, but i'm not even that paranoid.

I agree washing your hands is good I wash my hands at work 4-7 times a day with orange pumice soap (we have a couple different brands hanging around) to get the grease off.
