alright, at sundays game(s), the bb's started to shoot really wierdly... i can get about 4 shots off in a row at the most where they shoot fine...i then get one bb that will fall REALLY short, im talking 4 feet in front of me....i tried it without hopeup on, and its worse. i put a tightbore in just then, and its getting about 6-7 at the most perfect bb's in a row...i also changed what type of bb's to use in the gun, using AE .25's, Toy Tec .25's and also .2's, excel .25's and .2's, and some of those BIG 5 bb's...
might be hop unit, or even bucking or even a nozzle problem. youll have to get into it to see whats really up. theres just too many things that it "could" be :) dude i told you to bring it in! =p

ok, so that could eliminate any gear-related problem. But when i stripped that castle nut, my gearbox sounded the same, i was just dry firing b/c the piston was hitting the piston head, which was at the front of the cylinder.
