CJFSOTF-A has just learned that a High Value Target of the former Taliban regime and key Al-Quieda leader is in a village in an area thought to be pro-Karzai. Intel on the ground states that the HVT has been threatening locals and using terror tactics to turn the people. Intel also states that he is living in a compound but is lightly guarded. A team of USOF has been inserted along with a platoon from the 82nd as force protection. Upon arrival at the village, and confirmation that the HVT is there the raid is started. Lightly defended the U.S. Forces take the compound and capture the HVT. On the way back to the extract, the team is ambushed by a superior force of ACM (anti-coalition movement) forces. The team is able to make it to high ground and begin a defense while calling in for CAS and Medevac/ QRF. Due to the extent of other operations ECAS is not available for hours, intel stated that there were no significant enemy forces in the area. High volume of fire prevents medevac to land for some time until the QRF is flown in and finally through the arrival of AC-130 gunship and QRF, medevac is able to land and take out casualties. After a long running gunfight, ACM forces are forced to break contact and US Forces board helo's and get to safety.

I like the senario, but it looks as if we don't even have to show up. I mean it is so well scripted. Maybe a little too organized? Just my two cents. Where would this take place and when?
