The Guys at the Santa Clara AEX did that for me when I had my UMG. After my first two games, I came back complaining of jamming. The guy broke it down within a few minutes, and found it was the hop-up. He replaced the rubber, test fired it and said it was good to go.
I think the issue mainly lies with the Santa Clara store. All the complaints I've read on this board and elsewhere have always been about that store particularily. Haven't been to the Oakland store but the Sac store is night and day compared to the SC store when I've visited.

I've had bad experiences with the Santa Clara store. Sac store is awesome, though. :)
Gun control is not Crime control.
I have an even better AEX story. I bought an Trapper Industries (TM base gun) AKS-74 on ebay. The gun, new, was worth somewhere in the $1500-2000 range. When I got it, the gun was a complete beast on semi auto but on full auto the gun would not feed for some reason. I took it in to AEX to get it repaired. They gave it back to me claiming it was the modified Ak-74 body that prevented the full auto feature from working. I was kind of upset that I paid some pretty good money for labor and parts with nothing nothing to show for it but Ronnie totoally helped me out. To make up for the whole issue he cut me a sweet deal on a used CA M15A4 body for my next project gun. Instead of charging me the $175 the thing is worth, he gave it to me for $20. He also hooked me up with some free M16 parts for one of my project guns. Ronnie rules!!!!!!! AEX is really the place you want to go to for airsoft anything!
a little while ago i was at AEX when ronny had the idea to wip out his "STANDARD ISSUE KNIFE" on me when it slip out of his hands and flew across the room.
ronnie whipping anything out is never good news nor is a good idea.
Yeah. Sorry, I know a lot of you are probably sick of ass-kissing posts centered around AEX, but I had such a good experience there last week I had to share. Steve
If you give to a charity please think of giving to one of these two charities. The Naval Special Warfare Foundation or Navy SEAL Warrior Fund.
LOL... Yeah, AEX in Sac is one of the best.
