all weekend long game
has anyone here ever discussed having a game that lasted a whole weekend, sort of like a true milsim, with camping out and stuff, you can attack anytime and anywhere, you would have respawns and stuff, if any one owns some land where we could do this i think it would be really cool

Yes, it's been talked about. But most people at sacair work one day a weekend so it wouldn't really work out well.
Im in if someone can pull this off, and its well-planned.
well i think if we planned ahead we might be able to get enough people, and it doesnt even have to be 50+ people, 30 would work to, erin you should post up the scenario and ask when everyone would like to do it, like some time in early october when its still some what warm out.

well i think the problem of this would be, what if everyone is in their tents, watching for any opfor, and the other team sent out a sniper team, they creap up right on the camp sight, gathering intel, they ask permission to take out the higher ranking officer, permision is granted, they take the shot...he is out...but wtf is he gona do when he gets hit... " OMFG IM HIT, raises his hand and walks away"...i dont think so...

sgt_muller i was gona propose doing that, like when u get it u do ur own version of ragdoll, we would just have to have everyone being very honest...but sounds great, no i need to tighbore for my rifle, and we are set

i would be down to do this but only if tents are off limits i would be really pissed if my tent was turned into swiss cheese :twisted:
dude tents arent too expensive, and i think camp sites should be on limits, that way you can attack when ever and wherever, if you get hit maybe you should be out for like an hour or maybe like 30 minutes, and have a special tent at each campsite where only dead people can go into . i know erin already has a scenario but ill get started on one too, just in case

what about people sleeping? sleeping while wearing goggles isent so fun. and im sure they will come off if you roll around alot in ur sleep, and that might not be so good if you catch my drift. :wink:

or...you could make tents off limits. And just have patrols in watch shifts, outside of the no-shoot zone.
i probably wouldnt sleep. snipers are trained to stay awake for a LONG time. it would be a hell of a weekend, and i would definatly do it, it would be even better if someone had a cabin in Lake Taho, and a team would be assembelled indoors and another camping outside certain distance outside, and we could move in anytime. and take out people patroling the porch

good idea with the civis, we can have them have their own tents, but more ragged for those that are alittle older and want to read a book lo

As long as it's within the next six weeks, I'd be able to go(moving and that's the estimated time). I know my dad's wanted to do something like this for a long time.

I'm digging through my PC to find the scenario. I came up with it while back and tossed the hard copy. If all else fails I'll rack my brain and write it again.
