I am planning on getting an AEG soon and I was debating between CA and TM, but then I thought, should consider the G&G SR 16? It's in my ballpark pricewise and airsoftextreme has it so I could get it. I don't really know much about G&G so I hope you guys could help me! :D

LOL... I laugh at you... Naw, j/k... As you've probably heard or not. G&G=Garbage & Garbage. I heard they feel real nice. They feel close to the real steel but the internals are junk and they break almost in a month or so.... Stick with the major brands like TM and CA.

M-16 Variant.

well CA because they have the largest selection of M-16 vairants, and are more reliable. pertaining to your question about a vest, armor, or scope,

A standard non red dot, non laser, and non sight scope. I would get a standard "target scope" (That's what AEX calls it). And I already have a full face mask. I would like a scope because you can't see through sights with a full face mask.

Or are there any internal or external upgrades I should get? I'm thinking of the CA M15 A4 Carbine or Tactical Carbine.

well personally if would get a red dot scope, but thats just me, and id get the m15a4, well the sites arent to hard to see with a mask on, but the are a little, get the scope first then get some internal upgrades after that
