I like the custom handlebar, a piece of aluminum with, a threaded steerer stem turned bckwards and inverted barends with shifters mounted on the end. Did you have to go threaded steerer because of the fork? You could lose some wieght if you went with the more popular style of threadless steerer/ fork.
