well my friend was wondering if it was possible to upgrade the fps on the MP7. to sayy 330 fps. he was just wondering.

doubt you can get it up to 330. there are nineball barrel, spring, bushing, and piston upgrades that might boost you up maybe 30-40 fps max. but yeah, the previous guy has a point...too much power and the battery won't handle it too well...unless you modded an external battery...

with all the nine-ball upgrades you are only gonna smack about 300fps at most. Hopefully Marui or someone comes out with a bigger batt or something. Someone off the Arnies forums did get a Lipo to fit in that small bugger.

you could do a PEQ2 with new wiring, but then it isnt small and compact with a big box on the side or top

The tight bore barrel is 6.01mm. It will add 20 to 30fps to the gun. Stock they shoot about 250fps. With the TB barrel they shoot from 265fps to 275 fps. The big problem of getting higher fps, like 300fps or say 350fps. The gear boxes are really small, about the size of a cig. pack. The battery will mean it will only shoot slower. That is the big difference in voltage.

id be wary aobut useing a peq box and it could strip the gears, but im not an expert on it.

Get the TB to get it shooting at 275 fps then run towards your target @ 55 fps you will now be shooting at 330fps.

Laylax/First Factory has this little kit thing for the TM MP7 that gets a battery wire outside of the body. Check it out. . .

doesnt the mp7 just run a marui gearbox, which is just as upgradeable as any marui? or did i miss something?

mp7 runs a gear box more like that of their AEPs. also we are discussing a way to power these upgrades with limited battery space.

make a custom one to hold a mini 9.6 or 8.4...it would work, just because it says to not use large batteries for the battery thing...
